I can't get one piece of gear

i dont use addons because i was told it causes it to happen, i already uninstalled n reinstalled the game and i cleared all the caches n wtf and interface files, so you guys need to come up with other ideas on how to fix the problem, because none of it is working.where to buy runescape accounts.i have to delete those files like 1000 times for hours until the game work. n well thats not fun. and im done contacting your support, they cant help, its the people who make the game that have to fix this problem. but thanks for the reply.Have you tried the network card setting changes on the site linked above?
